Design and Liasoning

Architecture has usually been defined as the art of building. It is an art, made for people residing. The Architect today is both an artist and an Engineer, who must combine knowledge of design and construction and of the available resources in labour techniques and materials to produce a harmonious and functional work.
At the same time architect should be aware of limitation or restriction imposed in various deign codes used by respective planning authorities to make our design requirement within the liasoning requirement.
Every successful and legally approved project needs both the Liasoning and Design work to be executed in efficiently and in time bound manner. Both this work needs to be well coordinated for saving the cost and time of the project execution.
